When will I receive my order?
On-line orders ship the next business day unless we have a question about your order. We want to ship your order promptly, so please be sure to provide a valid email address and/or phone number in case we need to contact you about your order.
Our standard method for home delivery is FedEx SmartPost®. Transit time is typically 7-10 business days.*
Expedited shipping is also available, at an additional charge of $15. You can select an expedited shipping method during the online checkout process, or phone us at 1-888-382-9327 before noon. We’ll help you find the most cost-effective method to meet your needs.
What is FedEx SmartPost?
We recently discovered a great delivery option called FedEx SmartPost. Packages are picked up by FedEx then handed over to the US Postal Service for final delivery to residences. What we get is the best of both worlds: reliability, accuracy, convenience, tracking visibility, insurance, and delivery to homes and PO Boxes. . . all at a reasonable price.
FedEx SmartPost provides delivery Monday through Saturday to all residential addresses in the U.S., including P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and DPO military destinations.
Transit time with SmartPost is typically 7 to 10 business days within the contiguous U.S. based on final destination zip code. Longer transit times may apply to destinations outside the contiguous U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, etc.)
Please note that you will receive two emails after you place your order. The first will be an immediate and automatic order acknowledgement showing items ordered, address information, and gift message if applicable. The second email will come directly from FedEx with a link to your tracking number once your package has been picked up at our facility.
