Dry & Store users of six months or more were randomly selected from a database of Dry & Store owners in the U.S. and Canada who returned warranty registration cards. Of the respondents, 86% use Dry & Store five days/week or more. Here's what they said.

77.3% said yes. 38% reported a "huge difference" or "much better."

If you have had itching ears or recurring infections, has Dry & Store use helped?
72.0% said yes. 38% said "eliminated" or "much less frequent."

If you leave the batteries in your hearing aids during Dry & Store conditioning, do the batteries last longer?
53.8% said yes.

For those who have had distortion, failures or other problems that required repair, has Dry & Store use helped?
66.9% said yes. (In retrospect, this survey question was far too broad. It should have limited responses to problems that Dry & Store can eliminate or mitigate, namely failures caused by moisture or ear wax. Rephrased, results would likely have been much higher.)

Describe your overall feelings about Dry & Store.
97.8% of the answers indicated user satisfaction! 64.6% went further, rating Dry & Store as "outstanding," or "very satisfied."
