Warranty

Within North America, Dry & Store Professional units carry a two-year warranty from the date of retail sale. The Global model carries a one-year warranty from the date of retail sale. The warranty excludes repairs necessary due to misuse, abuse, improper electrical service or line surges, acts of God, etc. For non-warranty repair services, call 1-800-327-8547 for an estimate of repair charges.

* Outside of North America: Professional model - not warranted for use outside of North America. Global model - Warranty terms vary from country to country. Check with seller for specific terms in your country.

Power Supply Replacement Program
Ear Technology Corporation replaced power supplies that shipped with Dry & Store Global in North America and parts of Latin America between November 2002 and May/June of 2004. Click here to see if you have the older style power supply and if so, how to obtain a replacement.
