When will I receive my order?
On-line orders ship the next business day unless we have a question about your order. We want to ship your order promptly, so please be sure to provide a valid email address and/or phone number in case we need to contact you about your order.
Our standard method for home delivery is FedEx – Two day service for domestic orders. Longer transit times will apply to areas outside the contiguous United States. For international shipping we recommend you contact us for a shipping quote and to place an order.
If you would like to receive your order the next business day, we must receive your order by noon to arrive the next business day. There is an additional $35 charge for overnight shipping. This applies only to domestic shipments.
Transit time with FedEx is typically 2 business days within the contiguous U.S. based on final destination zip code. Longer transit times may apply to destinations outside the contiguous U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, etc.)
Please note that you will receive two emails after you place your order. The first will be an immediate and automatic order acknowledgement showing items ordered, address information, and gift message if applicable. The second email will come directly from FedEx with a link to your tracking number once your package has been picked up at our facility.
